Grid emulator

The grid emulator is an AC/DC – DC/AC power converter.

It can both consume and absorb P and Q (two directions) at the terminals.

It is capable to generate configurable voltage supply at the terminal.

More info

Line emulator

It emulates electric power lines between the power source and the cabinets connected to the microgrid generating the power line losses.

More info

Microgrid emulators

Each one of these cabinets has the ability to behave like several different electric devices:

  • generators.
  • loads.
  • storage systems.

More info

Tribat

This flexible platform allows to test various systems and programs related to batteries (first and second life) with single-phase or three-phase system.

Explosion-proof chamber

This explosion-proof chamber with two compartments it’s used to test the limits of the batteries (commercial and prototypes) in a safer environment, along with a multiple gas sensor, to detect leakage of gases that are not perceptible to humans, but which are very harmful to health in relative quantities.

More info

AC resistive load

Scalable AC resistive load, with remote or local control, to test the grid or microgrid in different situations.

  • 1x Battery Tester 80V 170A: coming soon…

Rack nº1

Rack with temperature chambers and battery cyclers with various channels that can test up to 6 V and 80 A each.

Equipment:

  • 1x Multi-Zone Temperature Chamber: More info
  • 1x Battery Tester 10Ch 6V 80A: More info
  • 2x Battery Tester 80V 60A: coming soon…

OPAL

The OP4510 is a complete simulation system operating with a Kintex7 FPGA. It is designed to be used as a desktop (or shelf top)simulator. It contains a powerful Target Computer and a flexible, high-speed Front End Processor and a signal conditioning stage. The design makes it easy to use with standard connectors (DB37, DB9).
