Grid emulator

The grid emulator is an AC/DC – DC/AC power converter.

It can both consume and absorb P and Q (two directions) at the terminals.

It is capable to generate configurable voltage supply at the terminals, including:

  • Voltage disturbances including amplitude and frequency variations, sags, flicker.
  • Control of voltage magnitude and angle.
  • Control and generation of voltage harmonics.
  • Non-linear loads supply.
  • Variable short-circuit impedance.
  • DC voltage supply between 0 and 600 V.
  • DC current supply between 0 and 100 A
